Dr Greg Blecher is a Paediatrician who specialises in Sleep and Respiratory problems and general medical conditions. He completed his medical degree in South Africa, and subsequent training in London and Sydney. Dr Blecher has been actively involved in medical education, teaching at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He is a Staff Specialist at Sydney Children's Hospital and VMO at Liverpool Hospital and St. Luke's Private Hospital. He specialises in children with general medical disorders, respiratory disorders such as asthma, atopy including hay fever and eczema as well as sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnoea, parasomnias, and difficulties sleeping. Dr Blecher's patients have access to sleep studies at Sydney Children's Hospital, St Lukes Hospital (Potts Point) & Miranda Sleep Cottage; skin prick testing access for allergies at Southern Paediatrics.

Dr Jonathan Forsey is a foetal and paediatric cardiologist who consults here once a month. Jon undertook his medical degree and paediatric training in Southampton and Bristol in the UK and went on to subspecialise in paediatric and foetal cardiology, working in Bristol and at Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto. Jon is a staff specialist at both the Children’s Hospital Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital and is a conjoint lecturer at UNSW. His specialist interest is in echocardiography (ultrasound of the heart) and foetal cardiology. Jon is happy to see all general paediatric cardiology patients, including investigation of heart murmurs, complex congenital heart disease, familial screening of cardiomyopathy and connective tissue disorders.

Dr Jonathan Mervis is an interventional paediatric cardiologist at the Sydney Children's Hospital Network (CHW & SCH). He consults here once a month. Jonathan completed his medical school training at The University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa (1996) and thereafter qualified as a general paediatrician. He further specialised in paediatric and congenital cardiology at Starship Children's Hospital (Auckland, New Zealand). Thereafter he completed post-graduate fellowships in interventional cardiology at The Heart Hospital (University College, London, UK) and The Royal Brompton Hospital (London, UK) where he stayed on as a consultant before migrating to Sydney. Jonathan is happy to see all general paediatric cardiology patients.

Dr Bindu Parayil Sankaran is a paediatric neurologist who is happy to see all paediatric patients with a neurological concern. She completed her specialist training in Paediatrics (1999) in India. After this, she completed her Neurology training (2004) at the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) Bangalore India. Subsequently, she joined the Dept of Neurology, NIMHANS in 2006 as a Staff Specialist Paediatric Neurologist and later as Professor of Neurology till she migrated to Australia in 2018. In Australia, she did her fellowships in the Dept of Neurology at Children’s Hospital Westmead in 2018 and 2019 in Neurogenetics and Neurology. She has also completed a PhD (2018) from Maastricht University, Netherlands, investigating the role of brain MRI findings and phenotype-genotype correlations in patients with mitochondrial disorders. Being a clinical academic, Dr. Sankaran has published more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers in the field of Paediatric Neurology, especially childhood neurogenetic and metabolic disorders.

Dr Joyce Tan is a general paediatrician who enjoys caring for neonates, infants and children with a variety of acute, chronic and complex issues, including concerns about sleep and settling, nutrition and weight, eczema, asthma, hay fever, food allergy, growth and development. Joyce believes in a holistic approach which is patient and family centred. Her clinical practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based. Joyce works as a consultant paediatrician at Liverpool Hospital and at Camden Residential Unit, Karitane. Joyce obtained her medical degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. She completed her paediatric training through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network and John Hunter Children's Hospital. She is a conjoint associate lecturer at the University of New South Wales and an expert content developer for a simulation based medical education game. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences. When not working, Joyce cherishes time with her young family and enjoys baking experiments. Joyce is available for consultations on Mondays and Tuesdays. She can speak Mandarin
